This quick lunch idea will keep you drooling.
Ingredients
- Pasta 100g.
- prepared shredded beef sauce.
- 2 stock cubes.
- salt to taste.
- 3 chopped red bell peppers.
- 1 onion.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder.
- handfull chopped cabbage.
- 1/2 tsp thyme.
- green bell peppers(chopped).
- cucumbers.
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Procedure
- cook pasta properly and drain in a colander to cool down.
- in a dry pot heat the oil with diced onion.
- add the chopped red bell peppers and stir fry for 5mins.
- add the shredded beef sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder,thyme,stock cubes, salt, and stir fry for another 2mins.
- add the pasta,cabbage,green bell peppers,cucmbers stir properly and allow to simmer on low heat for 3mins.
